DOD Printheads Serie Jet-A-Mark® 8000+

One of the newest lines of Matthews DOD printheads are the "8000+ Series". 8000+ Series printheads produce a higher resolution mark comprised of smaller dots. Precision jewels set in a stainless steel faceplate provide dramatically lower ink consumption & cost per code.
Exclusive electronics and valve design deliver high quality prints at line speeds, up to 3.95m./sec.

The 8000+ Serie can be used with controllers R44e, SX32e, V84, V80i and MPERIA, in order to fulfill the requirements of your application. Matthews offers 3 configurations of the 8000+ Serie printheads - Mini, Midi and Maxi, determinating the character size you will need. Every configuration is available with 7, 16 or 32 valves, depending on your requirements for the number of lines you would like to print.
